The combination therapyof heart failure is the most widely useddrug in combination with 3 heart failure are Diuretics-Nitrates-Digoxinas many(13.3%), and a combination of 4 drugs, namely heart  failure Diuretics-Aldosteroneantagonists-ARB-Inotropic as many (13,3%). The total cost of treatment heart failure patients with comorbid greater costs(13,3%) with total costis Rp 2.151.194±30.361. The corellation anallyze show that education, gender, and severity by NYHAis an independent variable affects the quality of life heart failure patients.
